Running gear and not even working out

What do you guys think about someone who runs gear and doesn't even workout that often?

I can see the justification for cattle, but to put yourself through the sides and cost for basically nothing just doesn't make sense IMO.

Cows can also convert hay into protein and build muscles chewing cud. They have a different metabolic system. When we lie around, we get fat. Taking steroids and lying around, will amplify the results. Yes, you will gain some muscles, but you will also gain more fat.
