Test P 1-12 Weeks - 300mg/week
Tren A 1-8 weeks - 300mg/week
Anavar 4 weeks - 50mg/ed
Clen 1-12 weeks - 80mg/ed 2 weeks off 2 weeks on
i am currently 27 years, 5'7" height, 86 kgs in weight, and 18% BF. Kindly give advice please.! I'm open to every comment and changes so please do let me know what you think.! :)
Welcome to the forum. Age: 25, 18% bf and first cycle? You will hurt yourself if you run the cycle you just listed. Don't do it. You need to drop your body fat by at least 5% before you start cycle. You should have a good eating plan (see diet section) and have been training regularly in the gym for a few years (at least) before you run your first cycle.
