Been off 3 months clean moderate ALT

Hello, I have been off cycle and clean from everything for 3 months now and wanted to get some input on my recent labs.

    AST 35
ALT 77 (moderate) was at 47 the month before.

I do not drink any alcohol, and do not take any supplements (protein, shakes, vitamins, nothing). Just curious what could be raising my ALT. I still do have a lot of muscle retained maybe my weight is a factor? I am 28 years old 6'1 210lb

Healthy carbs grains, chicken, sometimes I will have some fried food. Love those cheat meals. But no juices, just water and no caffeine.

Weight training can rise ALT levels i'd repeat the test in 2-4 weeks.

I haven't been really weight training like I used to. I am just taking a vacation from everything lol.

But I actually did have some very salty food the day before which I think salt raises ALT?

I would try to find out why your liver enzymes are elevated, however TUDCA may help with the elevated enzyme level.
Heavy lifting can elevate your liver enzymes, but usually a week or so off and staying well hydrated will bring them back down.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
