Blood pressure and donating blood while on cycle (hematocrit)

How often do you have to donate during cycle to keep your blood pressure and hematocrit down? What ancillaries would you recommend for blood pressure besides cardio?

This is for a testosterone only cycle of 500mg-1gram.

I donate when I need to depending on blood work. There is a lot of information about this online and plenty of info about this.

Avoid dehydration that makes things worse. Avoid iron fortified foods: rice, bread, flour, cereals and vitamins. Improve blood flow with low dose aspirin and fish oil.

Do you mind I ask why you are looking into this? What are your RBC levels at?

I haven't gotten blood work yet but I do feel sluggish and dizzy. It's my first cycle and I'm doing test only but I just want to be safe. I haven't seen much information about how often I should donate blood or what blood pressure ancillaries I should use.

Get some blood work done asap, you mentioned you are over 500mg of test and I'm guessing no AI or HCG ? You need to get some blood work done, also how long are you on cycle?
Regarding the original question, TRT will raise your RBC, and not just hemoglobin or hematocrit...

Did you get blood work done pre cycle, So you could at least see where your base was at?

I am using an ai .5mg arimidex 3 times per week. I can't afford hcg yet and also I have been on cycle for 2 months now and plan to get hcg soon. Yes I had bloodwork done pre cycle

I don't drink, smoke or use recreational drugs. Also I do cardio everyday. I am trying to play rugby professionally so I might have to be on for a while. The test is really helping with recovery and training but I want to do it safely without it affecting my cognitive function because I am also in school right now and I need to do well.
