    frontloading

    Whats the real deal with frontloading? Is it beneficial or a waste of gear?
    If it's good, what would an example of an Eq. or test cyp cycle look like?

    some people like it some dont .sau if u were to take 400 mg of eq throuout ur cycle u would fronload the first 3 weeks at 600-800 to saturate and hit faster
