    1st cycle NPP100 and TEST

    HELLOW!!

    Im running my first cycle its 400mg per week 200 of each, so i shot 2 times per week in my delts and i saw that when i put 200mg into my delt get a little bit swole and this swole dissaper in a day or two so is this normal ?

    Pretty normal when your diet and muscle glycogen recovery are not where they need to be.

    1st cycles should be test only beacuse thats really all you will need and you will grow like a weed it you do things right.Running a 19Nor on your 1st few cycles isn't a smart thing and it isn't needed.500 mg test a week with HCG and a AI is wat you need.

    i runn 200mg test and 200mg npp 100

    Yeah we read that do you got a DA? are you running a AI? HCG ? do you know wat you are doing besides injecting yourself? Beacuse you have nothing listed are you running prop or Eth?

    i know what Anti-Estrogens is . so thats why i use testosteron undecanoate to do a little more improvement but i have anti estro too but i didnt use them becuse work fine im doin 6 week now

    The thing is it's what you can not see(that blood work does) just b/c your not gettng gyno at 250mgs wkly that's hardly a supra physiological dose of test as well as NPP -
    Firstly you won't know where the sides are coming from since you've never ran test alone at 500mgs/wkly or NPP at any dose! What's your pinning schedule to start with? As you may know you very well CAN inject both compounds at once but it's gotta be at least on the minimum M/W/F and I'd suggest EOD not that!!

    Your way in over your head as you should've got pre cycle BW and mid cycle blood work by now!!! What's your diet like? Lay it out and drop the NPP as you need and want to grow into ur cycles not start off with a progestin like nandrolone of trenbolone which can cause very serious side effects that could lead to life long problems - how ld are you?

    And a DA(dopamine agonist) is way different than an AI - aromatase inhibitor and one DA CONTROLES prolactin since your taking a progestin(19nor) ok

    i take on monday and then thursday or friday depends..
    i inject them at once in 3ml syringe then put on delts its allot i know but im afraid off nedles .

    im 26years old

    my diet is like that i used it before and now im using it again its work great i just change allitle

    1. 3 eggwhites 30grams of pure whey . and 15 grams of oatmeals.
    2. 200g of tuna from can in nature oil +5g olive oil
    3 150grams of chiken breast with veggies
    4 150grams of chicken breasts with 50grams of rice and veggies
    5 is after my workout its 60grames of whey
    6 170grams of beef on sallat
    it around 260g of proteins 150g Oh and 30g M

    You can't pin these compounds like this! Bro like I said in your PM stop this cycle and do a PCT you are only hurting yourself.

    You heard right Cape... I was literally bangin my head against the wall just reading this...

    OP - we're just looking out for your best interest and safety something that you seem to be disregarding! Why?

    And these need to be pinned EOD or at the least M/W/F which I'd strongly suggest you drop the NPP and run prop EOD!! That's it!!

    And answer some of the questions we asked... Like where's your DA? AI? HCG ? Etc
