I saw the dermatologist for this a few years back, not related to a cycle. The acne was small, numerous, painless, and almost skin color. The doctor said to use a lufa, in the shower, and scrub, but not so hard it causes skin damage. Scrubbing hard can make it worse. Try scrubbing about as hard as you use a knife or saw. "Let the saw do the work."

Benzol Peroxide.
You can get it online, will work within a few days. Dries out your skin!
I haven't experienced this on my arms though, seems a bit strange. Always my upper back, but that will be down to genetics.

Yes, mine were just like that. They are virtually gone now. Benzoil Peroxide, AHA's and BHA's are good too. The Lufa's action is mechanical, the others are chemical. You can use both. The chemical ones can make your skin sun sensitive. Benzoil Peroxide is for fighting bacteria. The others remove top layers of skin.

Your arm acne is not like his back acne. Different causes, presentations and responeses needed. On second thought, I don't think Benzoil Peroxide is what you need.

Walmart used to sell BP but don't anymore. I now use anti-acne wash in the skin section. I just buy the walmart brand 'equate' next to the neutrogena anti-acne bottle.

Loofah+swimming pools+showers+cheap acne wash+sunshine or tanning beds.
Mine gets out of control in the winter unless I go to indoor pools and tanning beds.
Over 750mg of test really brings it out.

At 1500mg per week of test, there probably isnt anything you can do - short of accutane. Jesus, thats a LOT of test. Even at 1g a week acne sides can get bad.
Benzol Peroxide CAN work, but get the 10% kind that you use as a bodywash in the shower. A lot of people also swear by dawn soap. You can also try to use the body wipe cleansing pads periodically (~3x per day). Again, at that dose of test you are just SOL.

One gram makes my skin incurably oily.
I took a scrub down shower on abou 1200mg and got out and one hour later my face was oily as shit and stunk like it too. My girl said go take a shower and I said I just did!
I scrub my face with a loofah too.
Swear to god i will not use the word loofa again today.

Are your arms oily? Mine weren't. The lufa works on the arms. Use it "like a saw." The BP works on the back, chest, face and butt. Different acne.

For your face, use a spin brush (DON"T PUSH, "let the brush do the work") and Cetaphil. For your back, chest and butt, use a lufa and BP or, (if the acne isn't acting up) use dove. Don't spend to long "scrubbing." The goal isn't to abraid the skin.

Exfoliation.
Breathe in and find a quiet place.
Gently hold your breath and count to three
One...
Two...
Three...
Exhale.
Say to yourself
My acne can not harm me.
My acne can not harm me.
Repeat this process three times.
Next get a girlfriend that pops pimples.
Welcome to hell enjoy your stay.

No my arms aren't oily at all. And I dropped my test to 500 guys. I started too high. But the rest of my body no zits at all. What is BP

You have been fluctuating the exogenous introduction of hormones to your body dramatically. This sounds like a very very poorly ran cycle. Please don't fuck yourself up.

I get it too, especially on my forearms, back, chest face all fine. Just my damn arms.

BP=Benzoil Peroxide. You can get a bar at 10%. Treats oily skin well. I think the oil creates a nurturing environment for bacteria, acne forms after (my theory).
Exfoliation, do it but go easy. You can easily cause more harm than good by over-zealousness.
THe arm acne, your talking about responds well to exfoliation. Oily acne benefits as well. Always think, "bring the lufa across the skin, not scrub."
-
It rubs the Lufa across the skin

I got it on this cycle too, not had the arm acne before. Happened when I started ramping up and prob did take enough AI. I figure it'll clear up as everything balances out. I been using a spray bottle with alcohol in it just at night, just mist my arms and back
