Second cycle HELP! 19nor

Hi all, newbie here.

For my second cycle i am planning as follows:

TestP4-500mg / week 1-8
Npp 300mg/week 1-7
D/Tbol20mgED/week1-6
Hcg 500iu AW/week 6-8
Asin12.5mgED/week 1-11/12
Nolv20mg ED/week 8-13
Caber0.5 -1mg?AW/week1-8
I will be getting bloodwork pre mid and post cycle.

Diet (roughly)
3000kcal
200g protien
450g carbs
60g fats
ED
(I havent calculated macros exactley since the begining of 2017 so these figures might be slightly off)

i train a PPL 3 on 1 off split
First 3 days are volume and then the other 3 are intensity
Repeat. I find this suits me just fine.

Stats
Age 23
5.8"
80kg
Bf%12-13

Training experience :
3 years (started training at 59kg ) proud of the base i have built strength and aesethetic wise so far but now im after that juicy look.

Cycle history : 1
8 weeks test prop + ai +pct

Goals :
Safetly and effectivley Adding mucsle and strength with minimal fat gain.

looking for help on dialing in my proposed cycle and also my macros if need be?

open to any and all relevant information

please no flaming regarding my age or whatever.
I am here to learn and hopefully this thread can benifit others too.

What was so wrong with your first cycle that you feel the need add any compounds let alone 2?

Hcg should be run throughout cycle.

Ai doesn't need to be run in PCT

PCT should include clomid

I agree with the above rely more on diet and less on more compounds 500mg test is plenty bro.

Absolutley nothing, it couldnt have gone any smoother
I was up 7kg in mass by week 6 (obviously some fat+water gain) but over all was happy with the results +recovery.

As for why i feel the need to add two compounds..I dont know, i wasnt that into the idea of adding an oral i guess thats why im here for feedback.

Ive been under the impression the Aromasin would benifit recovery and to help combat any spike in e2 post cycle
Running it 4 weeks into pct,tapering off and then continuing +1-2 weeks with tamox only.
Am i mistaken? Also ive read conflicting oppinions on running hcg all the way through the cycle vs last 4 weeks

Well, I wouldn't add compounds until I really needed them run a test only cycle again, 500mg per week.

I'd be inclined to up your protein as and when you need to up cals. Work up to 250g per day.

Solid advice bro thanks for the links too, will give them a read and add to the archive,
So after a bit of consideration i think i will take your advice and stick with test only
No need to get ahead of myself.

Or maybe go with test @kickstart with dbol, or test only and end the cycle up to PCT with VAR or Winny (In case you want to run other compund)
Last option could be good, starting week 7 you could start an oral and end your cycle with 2 compunds, if everything goes well with test, of course!

Always nice to see an intelligent decision. You're young and have plenty of time for larger cycles in the future. Now is the time to work on Nutrition and training which is where most fail.
