Blood work help needed

So I have my med insurance through Kaiser and was gonna have my blood work done but my doc said the panel won't test for free test. Plus I'm going on 5 weeks into a test only cycle... should I still get the blood work
Have a complete panel done else where. How much wouldn that cost out of pocket and where should I go???

Yes. You should still get bloodwork if it's scheduled. You can't have to much lab work done. Getting bloodwork done in the middle of a cycle isn't really going to tell you much in terms of anything other than if you're healthy while on. Most everything is going to be inaccurate to what you normally would be. I would always opt for pre cycle and post cycle bloodwork.

Unless your doc understands what's going on I would not pull BW through your doc and end up with something in your file that may cause a problem between you and him/her. Take a look at discounted labs .com or private md labs .com and see if your state allows it as some do not. Quite cheap and they have packages set up just for this stuff.

I have Kaiser in SoCal and my Dr. Never asked for free test when trying to get on TRT. He referred me to a Endo and she did ask for free test and it was covered. I guess it depends on the reason for the testing.

So your levels were prob low??? Do u know if Kaiser covers trt? Thanks maybe I'll get bloods after CYCLE .
