    D-Bol Confusion

    I am hearing everyone say 25-50mg of d-bol ED in a cycle. Whatever...I just had one question. Does this mean take all 50 mg at once before or after a workout or is that 50mg spread out throughout the day? Workout days and off days??

    Basically how is it most effective? Taking lots at one time or maintaining a low intake at several times throughout the day?

    Definately spread the dose. Best if taken every four hours

    Yes, I agree. And yes you do need to take it on your off days as well.

    depends what you want it for, constant levels in the blood is pretty hard to keep up with dbol due to short half life, some people take a certain amount spread out and a larger amount before work out for added aggression and strength, i personally do that when i use it. still scratching my head as to why people made 50mg anabols

    I agree Theoriginaljason. Dianabol has a very short Half life and therefore you need to keep the blood levels up. Dbol has a half life of 4.5 to 6 hours and there for I would spread the dose out to about every 4hours as stated before.

    to be perfect you would need to wake up in the night to take it also although i cant really be bothered to do that

    I personally found (granted it was one four week experience, nothing more) that if I even took dbol too close to bed time, it tended to cause a little restlessness...I couldn't imagine taking it in the middle of the night for that very reason. I'm not saying it got me "amped up" like ephedrine, t3 or clen might, but it definitely had me "antsy"....it's tough to put into words and may have been purely psychological, but worth bringing up imo.

    ya kills my sleep as well....I end up taking like 3-4 naps during the day...dunno if it's only me but I also get killer sore throats every morrning

    I really don't think it matters. I take mine 3 times per day. Recently I heard of a 1000 lbs squatter who only took his 3 days/week, all pre-workout. Go figure.
