Hey everyone,I'm 46 and starting to get back in the game again.i need to shed a few pounds I'm 5 10 220lbs any ideas on a few workout routines and I'm gonna start a cycle again I have 100 10 mg dbol,100 50 mg anadrol,200 winny 10 mg and 30 ml of 75 mg tren.any ideas how to stack that?thanks
