    Not happy with my results.

Hello everyone, i need some advice from you guys.

So i've been lifting for over 2 years ( i just had 4 month break had bike accident ) and going back to gym on monday as i am recovered.

When i started to lift i could see result month by month but now about a year or even more i can't see any results. I'm just not growing anymore and it's depressing kinda :/ Currently i'm 188cm / 82KG

I need help to get bigger than ever, is there any way that i can boost up?

    Thanks!

You've only been lifting for 2 years, don't stress man you have many years of lifting and growing ahead of you.

Like everyone said, focus on your diet. Fine tune your workout.

Stay away from AAS for 8 more years.

To be honest, if you can't get big naturally, you won't get big with steroids . Steroids work, but they have to be fed, majorly. Without a real diet, you might pack on a bunch of water that you can kiss goodbye in a week. So I would fix that first. Find out what you're actual body fat is so that you can calculate your Daily Expenditure. Don't use worthless calipers or internet forms if you are serious about getting this right. Go get something like a bodpod assessment.

Once there, eat 500 calories more than your daily expenditure. You will get bigger every month. That's a guarantee brought to you by simple math. Once there, then you can consider steroids.

I have far less expertise than most of the posters here.

Having said that, I was able to go from stickman and pack on good muscle in my 20s and 30s by what others here are saying...EATING right, and especially eating lots of protein..at least a gram per lbs of bodyweight, better is 1.5g per lbs. Supplement whey protein shakes to make up the difference.

Another thing that helps is to log all of your workouts into a small notebook as you do them...ev set, ev rep...that way, you can know what you are trying to beat from the last time you did that exercise.

When we first start lifting our bodies will develop more and you will see more quicker results. We have to continue making gains via pushing the overload principle and intensity but it gets harder and harder the more we gain. This is were your mind set and your ability to push past this sticking point by using the simple process of building muscle, I say simple but in reality its hard. Eating, training more intense and getting enough sleep and eating more and more as you gain more and more is hard work and once you understand this and understand whats best for you to push past this you will start gaining again. You need to look at your diet and training because these are the areas what now need to be pushed

Steroids will always put more size and mass on you but like posted many times, without proper nutrients and hard dedicated training, it will not stay. Keep hitting it hard, work through your "just starting back due to injury" time correctly and slowly. Then when you are ready for the next step in the process research research research!
