    Post Please Help me with my First cycle

    Hello everyone. Iím new here😅.
    Iím 6í2, weighing 78kgs, body fat 17-18%. Iím training since 3 years.
    Iím planning to start my first cycle.
    Test ethanate 250mg (monday)
    Boldenone 100 mg(wednesday)
    Deca 300 mg(friday)
    Anadrol 50mg tab
    This is for the first 2 weeks
    My coach who prescribed me this cycle, said that he might increase the doses after seeing the results post 2 weeks.
    He has not given me any AI or PCT related instructions till now.
    So what do you guys think, is this cycle good?

    Oh my goodness. For a first cycle I most certainly don't recommend. Especially the Anadrol . How old are you?

    Your coach is an idiot and danger to you and your long term health. No doubt he is your dealer too.

    He should have had you focus on food not steroids . Don't listen to him and start a thread in our diet section.

    Nope, I’m not buying anything from him. He just prescribed me all this.
    Definitely I’ll start a thread in diet section too. But i want to clear my thoughts over this cycle.

    There giving you good advice start with modifying diet..you can do sooooo much with diet and training modification, give yourself some time your young and have great natural test.then start slow 300-500 mg test and a AI see how your results are and go from there..anyone who has there diet and training in check and is maxed out naturally will explode off 300-500 mg test..my first cycle was 250 mg test a wk and I gained 25 pounds and my strength went through the roof..I don't know why everyone recommends these high doses and orals right off the bat..I prefer not to use orals at all..

    Shit, might as well toss in tren in there too, its the only thing missing. Lol

    In all seriousness talk to your coach and then smack him over the head with a claw hammer because what he prescribed you is hormonal suicide for the rest of your life

    Reminds me of a buddy of mine..he's a nasty 225@maybe 10 percent year around that's just his genetics and when we're in the gym he always gets the supplement questions or gear questions..what should I buy this or that, this or that..he looks at them and gives the same answer everytime "take that money and buy half a cow" these guys look at him like he's crazy but that's what it is..everyone wants to be big but nobody wants to train hard and eat hard..

    Your coach is seriously going to hurt you. He has no clue what he's doing. Do what the guys above said and focus on nutrition for a couple more years. Then follow the Successful First Cycle thread at the top of this forum and you'll do great. Matter of fact, read it now and compare it to what your so called coach recommended. You'll see a big difference in concern for your overall health, unlike your coach.

    I have a couple thoughts here.

    1. I think you really need to try and get your weight up to 90kg before you think about cycling, especially as tall as you are. Iím just a hair shorter than you and at 78kgs I was skinny as hell but also about 8-10% BF at all times. I started to fill out at about your age but the biggest factor was consistancy in both my diet and getting enough calories in, and getting my exercise in. Please take a look at this write up I did to help young lifter gain quality weight.

    2. If you are 100% convinced you are going to do a cycle, for the love of all things Arnold. Just start with one Testosterone based compound. There are a millions of reasons why you should follow the cycle suggestions above but the most important reason to follow it is your health. You really need personal experience before you put these powerful drugs into your body. Notice that I said powerful and not dangerous. These drugs are like anything else, like racing a car. You wouldnít start out with a Ferrari knowing that being inexperienced will more than likely lead to a crash. The same goes for these powerful drugs. Your first cycle no matter what compound you use will be the best cycle you will ever have if done properly. After that each and every cycle will be a bit less effective. So the natural though is to go big on your first cycle. But guess what, your body will put on the exact same amount of mass on if you use one compound or five compounds. It will not know the difference since it is completely fresh to the outside input. The only thing that increases with more compounds at first is potential side effect and the severity of them.
