I am wanting to get into lifting and there is so much info it is overwhelming. I am mid 30s have the basic weights I need. I have purchased a butt load of supplements and have legally obtained 20 bottles of test Cyp 200 ml. (I was given a prescription for it for low t and had another medical issue that stopped me from using it. However, I filled the prescription every time I could so I now have a stock pile.) So now I am ready to start working out. Could anyone guide on the best way to use this safely and effectively ? I would hate to waste it.......

I am hoping this is a joke beacuse people train for a few years and build a base prior too cycling.Cycling without the proper training can lead to torn ligaments and tendons.There is a lot more too getting big than taking a few shots you have to put in your time sorry there are no shortcuts.

Welcome to the forum. We strive to keep the health of the individual foremost on our minds when advice is given on this board. In your case, the "safe" thing to do before you cycle AAS is to get a good diet and regular training under your belt for a couple of years. AAS in increase the strength of your muscles faster than your connecting tissues, like tendons and ligaments, can be strengthened. Guys frequently injure themselves because of the imbalance of strength in their support structure. You need to build a strong base of physical fitness before you do your first cycle. Be patient, workout hard for now, and you'll have a great experience when you run your first cycle.

I know your not hearing what you want too but everyone is spot on in there assessment of your situation...you are far from ready...I know you are going to do it anyways so read the "first cycle thread" at the top of the forum, it has everything you need to know but no one will spoon feed you an already ridiculous idea so your on your own good luck...

If you legitmately have low test then i dont see why you couldnt start your trt regimine just to get yourself to normal test levels, then do a blast a year or two down the road after you have a good "base". If you do a blast now you will most likely end up injured and in physical therapy. 20 bottles of test cyp? thats like a couple years worth of prescriptions.

my test c from the pharmacy sometimes comes in 1ml vials when the 10ml are out of stock. 20 ml is hardly a "couple years worth" for most TRT patients.

I didn't know they made the 1ml until I got them from the pharmacy, they gave me 10 boxes of the little guys taped together!

There are people out there paying up to $120 for pharma grade per 10ml...
Thats just wrong. I can get over thirty ml for that and its not underdosed.
Pharma grade hgh will be the only thing I use pharma for.
