Dr says get back to working out.... Help with a cycle....

1- I have ran cycles in the past and know I am prone to gyno.

2- I am on TRT... but I stopped a long time ago to have another kid.

Now the Dr says I need to start back and get my arse in the gym. My goal is to add something that's does not aromatize to my TRT which is 800 mg per month(400 every 2 weeks). Looking for small gains.

My choices are Primo/anavar /equip/ and I want to add a small amount of protection for the TRT.

    Looking for opinions.

I'm struggling to understand your TRT protocol. Firstly Is it prescribed by your doctor? Secondly do you have one injection of 400mg every 14 days or 2, 200mg injections every 7?

You're on 200mg/wk or 800mg/month? Man, you must not be producing any natural Test. If you want to run a low intensity cycle, I would look at running 60mg/ed of Anavar for 6 week along with your TRT. You could just up your TRT dose of 200mg/wk to 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.

I read this as your doc's an idiot and is going to hurt you. If he's actually injecting you with 400 mgs every two week he's clueless as to how hormones work. He's injecting you at the terminal life of test, not it's half life. I f'n hate docs that prescribe meds that they have no clue about. Drives me nuts. Look at this chart which shows what happens after an injection or a normal dose of test:

Now, your idiot doc is injecting you with excess test in hopes of making it last longer. Not considering the massive spike in estrogen it will cause after injection. And you say you're prone to gyno? I hope he also has written you for adex at least. Ok, enough of my rant. Find a new doctor asap.

When it comes to cycling if you are just getting back in the gym it's the last thing you need to do. Spend some time and get yourself back in decent shape and then consider it.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.
