Crashed Estrogen is no joke

I felt inclined to make this post to just warn someone about crashing their e2 on purpose to combat gyno. Using letro or high amounts of arimidex or aromasin is not the way to reverse gyno. Nolva or ralo is the better alternative. I felt like total shit for weeks and it almost took me back to my pre trt days in the way I was feeling. The mental aspect of it is the worst for me. Bouts of depression and just feeling totally down. I've learned my lesson and i'm staying the hell away from low e2 from now on. I did this post blast while on trt so it has taken weeks for my estrogen to stabilze, but damn that was not a fun ride. Finally feeling better and stable again.

Just take 20mg of novla for 6 months and it will reverse it all. Kel has a study he posted about it on here. Maybe he will chime in.

Not fun huh? I'll never do that again. I took a ton of arimidex within 2 weeks. Probably took over 10 mg in one week. I figured well if letro works by crushing e2 if I just take a bunch of arimidex it'll do the same thing. Care to explain how you felt?

Can nolva be taken while on npp? I'm planning a cycle in a couple months and I've heard somewhere that you shouldn't take nolva while on deca , not sure if this is a myth

I have heard the same about nolva and tren . I see no reasoning behind the theory.

I go back and forth constantly from my hormone levels. I have pretty much learned to shut off my emotions to it other than anger. Low test is a lot like crashed estrogen. Just a general bitch feeling is what I get. Weak whiny and somewhat sad at times. Ignore it and push through and it should rebound quick.

Nothing impressive a slight recomp but only ran it a few weeks and dropped dosage and swithed to tren .

Can be empathetic I've been feeling quite the same lately plus lot of widespread joint pain, yet the dose of arimidex I'm taking is ridiculous - 0.05mg daily.

Skin dehydration is another I'm getting. Does anyone experience alterations in sense of taste? Just curious.

I can attest to the skin dehydration and very dry eyes along with dry hair. Can't say I've had a change in taste but definitely didn't have much of an appetite.

I don't think this would apply if tissue has formed though.

You mean you can get rid of gyno without surgery? I've had gyno since childhood, I used to be morbidly obese for a decade.

Fatty tissue gyno is an entirely different animal than hard lump gyno.

Hmm that's exactly what I have. No fatty tissue just hard fibreous lumps fairly deep under the skin. Man I'd be incredibly stoked if this worked.

I'm on trt #150/wk plus .5mg adex/wk. Will the nolva affect anything else that I need to be aware of?

There is plenty of evidence it works... but it also antagonize the estrogen in the brain, so your open to mood and cognitive sides associated with low estrogen, but many seem to tolerate it well. Eventually if you can't stand 20mg/die you can drop to 10mg and though less effective it's better than nothing.
