    Estrogen and depression

I'm not sure if this is the case but when I take 1mg dex a week it seems my depression comes back in a way. I'm on TRT and 175mg of test eth a week. The dex dosage for me might be .50mg per week

My highest estrogen (sensetive) was in the 80-90s and my lowest with 1mg a week was in the low 20s. Anyone think I may be crashing my estrogen?
I'm serious about this btw, when I up the AI dose past .50 mg dex for the week I just end up feeling bad until my next injection.

This is a TRT forum question. Do you have blood work? Stats? How long on TRT?

.50 a week sounds more reasonable. I was t king 1 mg a week when I was on cycle at 600 mg and my E2 was 30

My blood work is alright, I'm just going to drop my AI dose to .50mg a week and keep it at that since I feel like 1mg might be too much for me

At 1mg/wk your E2's 22.1/35. That's not too low and definitely not "crashed". That's in the 63% of max. If you drop your adex to .5mg/wk your E2 will climb. I'm not sure why you think your E2's crashed.
