    To juice or not to juice?

    To start this off, I will give a little background on myself. I am turning 21 years old in a month and I am 5 ft 10in. I weigh roughly a 174 pounds. I have played sports all of my life and went through stages of chunkiness and being skinny and never hit what I really wanna look like. I started lifting consistently when I got to college. I hit the gym roughly 4-5 times a week. I also am in the military and need to be able to be in good cardio shape.

    Me and my roommates were bullshitting one day and starting researching juice and SARMS and pro hormones and all kinds of shit. After a bunch of research we hit up the local sup store and got to bullshitting with the worker. We ended up buying a cycle of LGD-4033 from SARMSPHARMS and Anavar from HI-TECH. Also some liver assist and some fish oil from the local Walmart. We got back to the house all pumped up and shit. We started our cycle the next day. I was taking 2 SARMS morning and afternoon, 3 anavar pills a day and one liver assist. I did this for about a month until I got a stomach flu that fucked me up. During that month my bench went from 190 to 215. I was looking better, feeling better and overall happy. I gained roughly 7 pounds and was eating a disciplined diet. When I got the stomach flu, I couldn't eat how I wanted and had no motivation to gym at all. I stopped taking the shit and that led to some symptoms of low T, but who knows. I am now better and back in the gym again. My friend started a cycle of Dbol and test E and has been on it for over a month. Results are there and he has gained about 15 pounds and lifting heavier and looking heavier.

    I am reaching the point where I am like why not take the short cut just like him? Why should I wait the fucking 5 years it'll take to make the same gains he is making in a 12 week cycle. So here I am not knowing what to do or what to take. Plus I know I am still a little bit younger and that worries me a little bit. I need some motivation and drive like he has and I need to get results. I want to gain muscle while still losing that extra fat around the stomach. Ive thought about doing the same cycle as him but I don't wanna put on that much weight and need to maintain cardio. I thought about anavar with some test E? What do you guys think? Should I stick to taking pro hormones or go for the real shit?

    Forget prohormones. If your gonna get in this game do the real thing. However you should wait another few years. For now you should go get a full hormone blood panel done and make sure that your silly cycle did ef you all up. You are 21 you are the most anobolic you will ever be. Theres no sense in juicing now because you should be able to gain naturally. Read the my first cycle sticky. If you really want to take a chance atleast do it properly. We cant stop you

    You still have a good amount of human growth hormone in your body.. your growth plates likely havent fused.. frankly your a kid still your not even a fully developed man. Most men aren't fully developed until 22-24 depending on the person. Yes, you are a man to an extent but a young not fully developed one. Your body is still developing.

    Once your 24something or 25 give it a shot if you really want to. I sure as hell don't regret it.

    Show me a single person under 25 that has reached their natural peak and I will tell you to go for it. Sadly its not possible because you can't get physique immediately like every other fucking thing in your life.

    Bench is my shittiest lift but i could bench your body weight plus your max bench because I learned tge hard way and didnt cycle for eight years.

    The dudes above already did a pretty good job at addressing the physiological concerns, so Iíll go a bit psychological.

    You already answered your own question for why you shouldnít.

    If all it took to knock you off diet and out of the gym was a flu, what do you think is going to happen once your shortcut the development process? So far as natural retention goes, youíre never going to keep on-cycle gains with normal T levels, even assuming that you donít fuck up your hormones permanently. Therefore youíll have either reached the end game and quit again, therefore making the whole thing a waste, or youíll end up in a permanent cycle of blasts or blast and cruise with TRT.

    So, are you prepared to be married to the pin forever?

    I agree My friends and myself pretty much talk shit to each other at all times there is no holding back.
    A buddy of mine said last night " I always gain weight over the holidays" I told him " You have been a fat f*ck since july why are worried about it now?" it ended with a "F*ck you" just as most of our conversations do.

    Appreciate all the input guys. I can take criticism and understand I ain't shit when it comes to the gym yet. I haven't been it the game for near long enough and still have many years left. I think I will wait to juice for a couple years but it'll always be in the back of my mind. Now onto the natty side of shit. Can yall give me some pointers on diet, workout plans and whether yall prefer 5x5s or high rep for 4 or so sets. Just like hearing what other people prefer. Thanks guys!

    You think I seen results in such short time cus I had it in my head to train harder or what? I felt and looked better and seen almost immediate results. Just not sure if it was placebo or the shit actually did something for me. Appreciate your weigh in man.

    Awesome brother. Glad you aren't sensitive rate quality today.

    Fact is I routinely change my workouts. I dont think I have had the same workout in 9 months.
    I constantly rotate exercises and adjust sets.

    One day I might do ten exercises with two sets each isolating a single group. The next I may do two exercises on a muscle group with 5 sets each. I always try to keep my breaks less than one minute with nice controlled reps focusing on negative and positve equally. Running the same exercise plan for more than six weeks will leave you in a slump. It is wise to do a deload for a couple of weeks of hard and heavy training. Deload means fewer sets, lighter weight and higher reps.

    Learn to eat properly Jwray and eventually you'll fly right by your buddy who's currently using. You're gains will stay, his are only temporary as odds are he has no clue how to eat to maintain them. Stick around here and keep learning.

    Military Vet here. What branch are you in, rank and can you currently max out your PT test? These are very important factors. Not just your age. Having the strength in the gym is great but can you carry your buddy until you are clear and under cover. Your motivation and drive should be keeping your brother safe and be able to help them when you are called to do so. You signed a 8 year contract just like I did. You are Government Property. Thank you for doing that and defending our country like so many before us have had to do.

    Pitch the prohormones and put the AAS in the back of your mind. Shit happens and if you get deployed, you will not be able to take your gear with you and you left with No PCT and the potential of letting your buddies die. AAS have been in the military for a long time. People get caught and other get passed over for promotion by taking short cuts. Chances are you will not get busted doing AAS in the military but it does happen. Your chain of command notices and they are not stupid.

    Keep lifting, training and eating health. Bang a lot of tail while your in. Have fun, get drunk, and puke during your PT test and still finish in the top of your age group. When you get out you will be wiser, older and have time to do AAS. Steroids are a marathon not a sprint. Stay strong and get some good memories while you are in.

    So my answer is NO JUICE (AAS). Absoluity drink some type of juice off a strippers tits while your in.
