First Cycle Low Dosage Sustanon 250 mg/ week

Hello Guys, I am 38 years male with 18% Body fat, I have loosed almost 22 kgs in to achieve my goal to start my first cycle, for a start i am looking to run Sustanon 250 mg/ week for 12 weeks, i just want to start slow and study ( have had history of high B/P and border line sugar levels) just wanted to take your advice on should i run AI or should i take Oral Medicine to keep the Estrogen levels check as it is a low dosage, i am done with the Blood work my Testosterone levels are 335 and Estrogen levels are in check also, most importantly looking forward to advice on how and when to run PCT .. please help and advice !!

250 a week is more like a trt dose than cycle. If I'm in your shoes, I wouldn't wanna risk shutting down my natural production to only get a boost in test levels. I would run 250 twice a week for 12 weeks.

Thanks ! what you suggest should i run with that ?? AI's & PCT

AI may or may not be needed, only blood work during cycle would tell. I would probably run .25 arimadex 3 times a week. Check out this link, it'll explain everything you need to know
