    Question on Upcoming Cycle

I'm about to start my third cycle. Just want to make sure I have everything ready to go before i start. First cycle was test E only at 500mgs/wk (with adex, hcg and proper pct). Second cycle was test E at 500mgs/wk with EQ at 400mgs/wk. for my third cycle I wanted to try NPP so I was planning test E at 400mgs/wk and NPP at 300mgs/wk (100mgs pinned 3x/wk).

I plan on taking exemestane for the first time (took adex for first two cycles).

    Questions:

    1. What dosing of exemestane do you recommend for this cycle.
    2. What should I keep on hand if I start feeling gyno symptoms? My friend said he would just pop a few nolvadex tabs and that should knock it out. I also have another friend who recommended taking nolva the whole time I'm taking the NPP
    3. I currently take finasteride but have read you should not take finasteride with NPP. I'm thinking of dropping the finasteride for the duration of this cycle.

    Thanks for your help!

I will just answer number 1. I take it and I have never had any issues with my E2 at any level of test. I like it due to it being a daily drug vs EOD. It is dosed between 12.5 and 25 mg daily. I find I am more compliant at any drug when I take it daily. I am not gyno prone and just know the basics. There are some other people on here that will give you better adice if you have gyno sympotms while on that cycle.

Consider dropping your test back to a TRT dose (no more than 200) and up the NPP to 500. This may alleviate any need for an AI if you're not estrogen sensitive.
If you think you'll have issues you can always run low dose Nolva on cycle. Won't hurt at all
If you're prescribed fina for BPH then keep taking it. I've never heard of issues with NPP and fina. My guess, internet dogma.
If you stay at 400 mg test the fina will still keep your DHT below range in most all cases.

Octaneforce - if I start feeling nipple sensitivity on cycle what dosage of caber do you suggest and how many days?

Would you recommend taking nolva with the caber to knock it out or is the caber enough by itself?

The goal would be to not have to run either of them. But if you're not sure if gyno prone then I'd opt for running the caber at .25 x 2 pw to start. This is assuming as well that you have a good handle on your E2.
