Ok...the only real downside to Tren :/

Whats up guys so a few weeks ago I added super tren (50 ace/ 100 enan) to my test base and I can tell the enanthate ester is finally being metabolized and releasing the 300mgs of trenbolone (1cc eod = 450mg/wk- 300 enanthate and 150 acetate) into my blood stream which is a beautiful thing lol as I feel unbelievably strong in the gym, appetite is up (which may be a variable factor as many people report the opposite), abs are starting to pop (and honestly my diet has been shaky through the holidays so it's crazy how well this drug works), aggression is WAY up (tbh I've been exercising a lot of self control over the last few days), feeling harder, showing noticeably more separation, and overall just have that "on" feeling. The only downside I'm experiencing (and this only started when the full dose was active) is that I can't sleep for shit! I feel like my metabolism is cranking in overdrive all the time which is great cause I can literally feel my body burning fat throughout the day, but the "problem" (and I use that term loosely lol) is that when it's time to go sleep I'm still in overdrive and have a hard time falling asleep, and if I do manage to fall asleep, my mind is still racing and I have crazy ass dreams. For those of you that have experience with Tren I'd greatly appreciate some advice on how to mitigate these sides..I have a sleeping pill but don't like taking it cause then I'm groggy af in the morning which isn't favorable for my schedule in the am. I was thinking maybe melatonin may be an option... What are some things you guys have done to deal with this side effect and do you think I'll get used to it after a bit of time, like maybe a week or two..? I've run Tren before years ago and had this as well, but very mildly, and I remember it getting better. However, that was on ace and a much lower dosage.. Thanks in advance for your input.

Try dosing ED. That made a world of difference for me.

Ok so you think that if I did half a c everyday vs a full c eod it would help mitigate that side effect? That's a lot of pinning man. I mean I'll do what I gotta do if it there's evidence that it'll work. When that worked for you was it straight acetate you were using?

Taking smaller doses more frequently helps keep your serum levels consistent which minimizes your sides without the spikes.
Draw with a 22g and full a slin pin. 29 g works great. I use the 2 reachable delts on each side.
You can also cheat a little and Pin 6 times per weak and have one day of rest .

sleep issues are the hardest sides to mitigate with Tren . the CNS is in overdrive and your anabolic as fuck. I've taken Melatonin and other herbal sleep aides but they don't do much. I've taken muscle relaxers to take the edge off the CNS activation and that helps some.
if you get a chance to take 20min naps here and there, then take advantage of that.

I also like injecting every day (which is pretty much a most for me when I'm on a heavy cycle of short esters and suspensions). just pre-load a whole bunch of insulin syringes and they will always be ready to go for a daily inject

Ok thanks for the feedback guys. So Gearheaded, do you typically get used to this side once you've been on for a while or does it stay consistent the whole time? Now I should clarify, I'm not complaining by any means lol. The way I feel right now I would expect some sides and this is pretty minor in the grand scope of things and the gains I know are coming! I'm more so trying to minimize the sleep sides because with my aggression being up so much it really doesn't help matters when I'm already irritable due to lack of sleep lol and although I can control it very well (for the most part) I find myself getting a little short with clients at times.. Also, what do you usually run tren at? Do you consider 450mg to be a relatively low dose..? Sorry for back to back questions..

I would recommend 250mg for the first ride on the tren train.

I agree with Dead Dog. Start low and see how it affects you. Some people cannot handle it and others no issues. Sometimes even vets of Tren will back off it due to sides.

I've run tren before although this is my first time running tren enanthate but in all honesty it's been almost 8 years and last time I did it me and my friends were making the shit out of finaplex from miami vet. Sadly those days are over lol, but yeah back then it was straight ace and the last time I ran it was ~75mg/ day and handled it fine. Did have some sleep sides but I remember them getting better and also being in a different place in my life I don't remember it bothering me much (but that may just be euphoric recall though).. The same way you can only remember the good times with that crazy ass ex gf lol. You remember how she loved giving road head but somehow keep forgetting about her crashing your newly leased car and costing you a f*ckin fortune lol. Funny how the brain works! Sorry, I digress man... So yeah, I could see 250mg/wk being recommended for first tren ride on "tren train" lol but I've been on this train before although not at this dosage. What's the general consensus on tren dosages fellas? At what dosage do you guys feel the sides start outweighing the results. I feel this is a sensible dosage for me (may be a tad high) but 1cc eod has such a nice ring to it!

My recommendation is that you work on controlling the irritability. I become very irritable on tren. I let things go much easier on tren because I think, “what will I gain by responding or reacting?”
It takes some work and thank God that they cannot read my mind of what I am really thinking.

its trying to fall asleep thats the hard part. especially if I did a later evening workout , I'm still hot and flushed and anabolic feeling from the workout. if you can get an earlier workout in in the day then that helps.
honestly I just lay there for hours tossing and turning until I finally fall asleep. once I fall asleep its not too bad. you just gotta deal with it (I have resorted to shots of bourbon and a muscle relaxer, but thats not the healthiest thing to do).

As for Tren dosage, if your experienced with Tren then I always suggest running Tren E a bit higher then you would tren ace, by at least 50mg.
for experienced guys, Tren ace 100mg EOD is plenty and potent enough starting point (you can go lower and work your way up depending on how long the cycle is).

I usually like to run shorter cycles though, so my base is 100mg of Tren ace EOD with 50mg of Tren suspension pre-workout (5 days a week), so thats about 600mg of Tren a week both in a highly absorbable ester. the higher you go the worse the sides are and there are diminishing returns. If I don't run the tren suspension and only ace then I'll run 75mg a day

dosage is also going to be dependent on what your goals are and what other compounds your running as well. If your running Tren e for the first time in a long time with just a base of test then 300-400 is prob good , for tren ace 250-300 then ramp up from there

Tren is definitely one of those compounds that you can see working and see changes in the mirror almost on a daily basis

Well, I've run low dose tren (app 100 mg's per week) on top of my TRT many times with great results.

Kuwait , same place oxygen gym gets theirs :)

if your fairly lean to start with and you take Tren (especially along with insulin), you can literally see your muscles filling up and getting harder almost on a daily basis. a new vein shows up, a new striation, more roundness in your shoulders etc.. (much harder to see if your over say 13% bf)
