    Talking Cycle Final Draft!!!!

    I want to start out and thank everyone who has put input into this cycle.

    Stats:
    6'2''
    212#
    12%bf

    DIET:
    Meal 1
    Muscle milk shake with 8oz milk (pre workout for me)
    Meal2
    900 cal gainer shake 52gram pro 45gram complex carbs 5gram sugar
    Meal3 (about 45 min after shake)
    4 whole eggs
    2 pieces 12 grain toast
    1 banana
    Meal 4
    uturn bar
    Meal5
    120z chicken fresh baked skinless
    large green salad
    2 pieces 12 gr bread
    Meal6
    1cup cottage cheese with a piece of fruit
    meal7
    whole grain bagel with lite cream cheese
    meal8
    16 oz lean beef
    large salad
    1cup brown rice
    8oz milk
    meal9
    muscle milk shake with 8 oz milk

    I do 20 sets per muscle group 8-12 rep range. I only work 1 major group a day, I rotate abs and calves ed.

    Cycle:
    1-16 Test cyp 600 wk
    1-16 eq 400 wk
    1-4 50mg dbol ed
    6-14 fina 75ed
    hcg 12-pct 500 iu mon/tues
    Heres where I am still trying to put together
    8-12 60mcg IGF-1 r3 5on 5off

    l-dex .25 1-20
    nolva 20mg ed 1-20
    Pct:
    Clomid 300mg 200mg 100mg-day 28
    Clen ramped from 40-100mcg
    Igf-1 r3 60mcg 5 on 5 off

    50mgs dbol ed may be overkill. Judging from the amount of gear you are taking, this must not be your first cycle. Do you find 30mg to be ineffective for you?

    30 never seem to cut it for me. 40 worked ok but I have 25mg bols. This would make my 5th cycle.

    I like the cycle. Especially with the addition of the IGF. My only question is why wouldn't you run the tren right up to your PCT??

    Diet could use some help...post it in the Diet Section so we can give you some suggestions. What are your goals? How many carbs r u having a day?

    And how many cycle's have you done so far bro? Just asking cuz the cycle above is a lot for someone just starting out. Let us know...

    I have not ever run tren past 6. But Its only a couple more weeks your probably right.

    This is my 5th cycle I lost a lot of weight this last fall. Im looking to put 15 on clean, and really hard'n up. Do the carbs seem low or/high.

    Most guys don't run Tren right up to PCT, they stop a couple weeks before test, because tren shuts some guys down really hard. They will crash pretty hard if they use it up to pct.

    great cycle but i would never run 50mg of dbol , my liver is in pain just thinking of it. everything else good I may even bump the EQ up to 500(i like to run my eq 100mg less than my test)

    Put HCG in wk9-18

    lower the Nolva to 10mg untill PCT

    Aside from that, it looks good

    It all looks good as fas as dosages and componds, but your timeing is off for pct...

    you need to stop the Eq 3 weks before pct...so run it to week 15

    run the test to week 16 like you have it...and run the fina weeks 10-18...then start pct 2 days after your last injection...

    Im pretty sure thats the way youll need to time everything i order for your pct to fall into place because of the half lives
