    Busted in Tj

I just arrived back from my run down to Tj. Everything went well until i got pulled over from the police. They must of saw me walking out of the store with a large bag. I usually hid the shit right away but I had to run to a different rx for something. So I just threw the bag in the car next to my duffle bag. I pulled out went about 50 feet to the stop sign turned right put on my seat belt a bam they pull me over. For no seat belt. I went 50 freaking feet and they got me. Of course they went through my shit found the gear and the shake down began. After about 15 minutes of argueing and negotiating I was $200 lighter in the pockets. And a very nice police escort to the border. The good news is they didn't take my gear!
Just always remember to wear your seatbelts and hide your shit right away!

Ya man that sucks. I hear that as soon as a gringo walks into one of the pharmacies down there and buys some a/s they call the cops so they end up getting their juice back and making some money from the cops who got it from the kid they busted. That whold fucking city is corrupt. my advice, stay out of it if your buying a/s but it kicks ass to get drunk.

    LOL
It's fucked up but they got you. The police cruise around looking for exactly that, a quick buck.

They had no intention of taking you to jail or anything, they just knew that they could scare you out of your money.

Next time don't be obvious about it but take down their badge number so you can report them, they are cracking down alot of the corruption in Mexico City and Tijuana is following in their footsteps a little bit. They are not allowed to harass the "tourists" like that because it is bad for tourism.

It’s all up to you how far you would take it, most people would just say screw it, 200 is just a drop in the bucket and it’s not worth the time to follow up and report those dillholes.

And I thought it was LEGAL to buy AS in Mexico...
On what grounds could they have arrested you or taken away your goods?

    NONE.
All they did was scare him out of some money, you can call their bluff on it that they won't take you down to the station, which they won't.

You do run the risk of them taking you to an unknown location and getting the shit beat out of you or in the worse case they can make you dissapear. BUT, you won't be going to jail.

Believe it or not, dress to impress in TJ. Less likely for TJ police to hassle respectably dressed guys than "oh I am down here to buy steroids for a few hours and go back to estados unidos and work out" look.

yea i just went to TJ like twice in the last 2 weeks..not for gear but for some other stuff and one of my boys got robbed and the police searched him....Tj is not really a good place to be getting yoru goods though..i drove over this last time and man......i wont do that again, that city is hella crazy to drive in...if you want a better chance..you should mess with Rosarito, its still a lil ghetto but not half as bad!!!

Yupe TJ is not worth it. Mail order rules. No dealing with dealers, no chance of getting poped if police are following dealer, you don't know if dealer is dealing in other shit, getting exposed if police nab dealer or raid his house and find list of contacts. It is not worth it when you can have it mailed to you.

But I like the ghetto, I'm usually in an out within a hour. The only reason I got pinched is because I was going to another RX to get some shit for my buddy, otherwise I would of hid my gear and they never would of found me. Next time i'll hide it first.
