    I would say that they both have the same potential to do damage but I would by the way say, that D-Bol has to take the price for sides vs. winny. This is imo. only.

    d-bol,also because of sides and the way (some) people use it. it is cheaper so it doesnt bother some to use a little extra while win is higher $ so people tend to use it more sparingly.
