2nd cycle bulking+cutting
Ok, I got all drugs in hand and planning to start cycle from 5th of next month. Here is details of my second cycle:
Inj
Sustanon 250- twice/week for 12 weeks
Deca 150- twice/week for 10 weeks
Methyl cobalamin 1500mcg- every second day for 12 weeks
Oral
Albuterol 4mg- 3 time/day continuous
Ketotifen 1mg- 3 times/day continuous
Caffeine 200mg- once/daily for 12 weeks
Ephedrine 24mg- once/daily for 12 weeks
Anastrozole 0.5mg- every 2nd day till PCT starts
NAC 600mg- once/daily till PCT ends

My ephedrine come with 130mg theophylline, should I take it or leave ephedrine. Only ephedrine is not available here.

22/M, 5.5", 12-15% bf(caliper), 62kgs, obesity.
Daily diet will be:
Protein- 200+g, carb- 100-150g, fat- below 20g

Is there anything which I have to include? Any side effects?

Albuterol and ephedrine might be overdoing it on the stims.
Do you need to be blasting test and deca to lean out? Why not just do it with the albuterol/eph then springboard right into a bulking cycle

Because I'll barely find time for another cycle after this. Well I only have fat on my tummy, while other parts don't have that much fat. I am already working hard to get abs visible, I can feel it but it is not visible. Look at the attachment, I look exactly like 2nd one.

pksc, at 62kg you are far from obese. It is common for people to get a distorted image of themselves especially when they're looking at themselves day in day out and not seeing what they want to see.
Using test and deca for cutting seems pointless to me, I'd only use AAS to cut to very low levels, so low that I know when I try to do it with normal test levels I come to the point where I lose muscle no matter how good my meal timing and macros are... Getting full abs natural is a hard thing to do.
What you're trying to do is add compounds to superspeed the fat loss. The problem is your body will find equilibrium once again once you stop using them and your bodyfat will shift higher... even when you keep calories the same.
What happens is when you keep calories the same your metabolism starts working slower. The human body is smarter than just burning subcutaneous fat when it's calorie intake is low. It would rather lose muscle, which costs a lot in terms of survival, and keep fat reserves just in case things go bad.
So an intelligent approach would be to go back to maintenance level calories, and let your metabolism rev up again. You won't gain a lot of fat, very little if any actually. Then start dropping your calories by a couple hundred, do some cardio, lose some fat... once it stagnates drop calories a little more, maybe a little more cardio... you won't be able to do this infinitely as you'll come to a point where you sacrifice muscle AND your metabolism will tank. How many weeks can you cut like this at most? Id say 6 weeks for me before I need to reset.
That's what they aim to do with carb cycling by the way. Trick the body into thinking there is an ample supply of food with high carb days, make the metabolism work faster, then repeat low carbs et.c.

Looking to run my second cycle. First cycle went great. Test 250 1.5 mg twice a week with Masteron 100 1 mg twice a week. Ran Winny tabs 1 in the morning and 1 at night for last 6 weeks of 16 week cycle. PCT did well. Felt great and grew a ton. Looking to run another cycle soon. Any suggestions? Don’t want too get exotic though. I was thinking Test, Masteron and possibly Tren , then cut with Winny again?

Tx, its best to start your own thread when you need info or advice on your own cycle. That way you dont hijack someone elses thread, each has their own

Test/Mast/Tren is a cut cycle. Watch your diet and do a little cardio and you'll get lean. I would recommend you drop the Tren and just run Test/Mast. You'll get good results.
