dosage ???

I'm a new old user, havent juiced in many yrs and just looking for some answers.
all my blood work is perfect, diet and so on. test level is 526, im 46 yo. 5'5" 160lbs
ive got 2 viles of "test E 250mg/ml"
it looks like 500mg a week is the numer i want. how much is that in the plunger doing it twice a week?

Well its 250mg/ml then you would take two injections per week for a total of 500mg.

If you're not on TRT, need to look at running HCG and an AI along with a good PCT.
