Mid cycle bloods , MCV level high

Currently on 200mg test c/ week
    Hcg 500iu / week
    Hgh 2iu /day 5/2

Would any of these drugs cause my mcv levels to be higher than normal?
They were in the upper range in my pre cycle bloods but are now a few points over range.
My training is very heavy on the cardio/ hiit too . Dont know if this effects mcv .
Have b-12 on hand but havent taken any yet. If I were b-12 deficcient, what dose would be reccomended? Dont want to poke 1000mcg/day if its not needed.
    Thanks

You shouldn't be anemic with 200mg/wk Test. Test does increase red blood cell count but 200mg/wk is slightly over TRT dose. I wouldn't think it would affect your MCV measurement.

Can you post the rest of the bloodwork?

Only 1 value is not enough to say anything as many are related.

Your RBCs are a bit big, still not to be worried.
You didnt test b12, but most likely will fix it by taking some b12 and folate.
