    YES.

If this is your first time using AAS most bro's will recommend using a single AS (such as enth or cyp). This will help you quickly see how your body handles it, what side effects you're prone to and if you need to stop you haven't wasted a bucket of cash on a stacked cycle.

I hope so. I was going to do a stack the first time but backed off and am just running 500 mg testc for 12 weeks. Just for the reasons everyone states. You can make good gains, figure out exaclty where sides are coming from, etc. I will save the other stuff for later.

Plus test is light on the liver and used by tens of thousands at HRT levels so it shuld be relatively safe.

    Good luck!

Man, I have only done one cycle and it was really moderate. I did 300 mg/week of test only and I got huge gains. I went from 190 lbs to 218 while on and then have since come back down to about 203. 13 pounds of gains is not too bad. I'd go test only and start out relatively light so you can see how your body handles it.

The answer to your question is Yes, test only cycles are great for beginners. Preferably using Test CYp or Enan.

However, judging by your post, it seems as though you need to take some time researching and learning about all aspects of AAS before you purchase anything.

    thanx guys for the advice,

i havent got a problem trying AS, but the one thing that scares me is i hear alot of people saying they damage your liver,

this is what scares me the most in taking them, liver damage. i dont want my liver to pack up on me ,or a few years down the line,

i thought test dident hurt your liiver, oh well what do i know,
so im suppized no one else worries about it,

like i said i might be wrong,

Re-read ScottP's post above. Then stop and think to yourself, "I'm going to mess with my body bigtime. I need to do a lot more research."

Take more time to do much more in depth research. It looks like you have barely scratched the surface.

i agree with gittin old. there are some things you are missing. research more and think about it more, and when you think you are pretty sure how it works, research more.
