Good first cycle??????PLEASE HELP

Just want to ask how does this sound for a first cycle. Im 27 5 9" 180 about 15-18% bf. I want to make some good gains and then cut up. training for about 4-5 yrs off and on.
Dbol 30mg ED (1-3)
Deca QV 400mg EW (1-10)
Test Eth QV 500mg EW (1-10)
Eq QV 400mg EW (11-20)
Winny QV 50mg EOD (11-20)
Clen 12ng ED (15-20)
Clomid:200/100/50
Nolva: on hand
Liquidex:ED (1-20)
Need all the advise i can get like i said this is my first cycle. I have waited to start so i can be more informed and this is what i came up with.

Holy shit bro! Total over kill for a first cycle. 500mg of test enanthate EW for 10 weeks is plenty for a first cycle. You could even do the dbol 30-35mg ED for 4 weeks for a "jump start".

just run 1 maybe two for 10 weeks

yeah, for first cycle you only need 1-2 to get your body going. id do test only but if you are hell bound on doin two id do 30mg/day of d-bol and about 500/wk of test. save the rest if you already have it. you can use it on your next one. this will be awesome for a first cycle.

I'd extend the dbol to 4 weeks since thats when you'll notice the test really kick in.

I agree with the masses Bro! That is way too much for your first go. Pheedno's first cycle advice is much better than what you had planned. Furthermore, a Test only cycle first time around is a good way to check out you body's reaction to AAS.

You already have high BF%, and your goal is to get cut up.

If you want to take Test Enan, then take it with EQ, and run it for 10 weeks at mild dosage.

Your going over board with that cycle.

don't mean to hijack the thread but need to ask this.

if running l-dex thru out but why still the nolva thru out? i can understand running nolva for the first 2 or 3 weeks coz there are already estrogen in the body and the l-dex can do anything abt those.

that way i dont jump in head first

Ok would 12 weeks instead of 11 be too much? also I have 2 different tests. One QV TEST E and the other Brovel TEST 200. can i use the QV to start (about 14cc = 2800mg <--shared with my bro thats why im short) and finish with Brovel 200 or should i wait until i have all QV???

how long before i can start the cutting phase? i mean how long do i have to wait after this cycle to start another one?

Can someone answer this question for me to? I know its my stack but this is just what i got from reading other people posts. would i even need nolva for the whole stack or just to keep on hand?

A brovel/QV combo is fine, Test is Test is Test.

I would say you nedd to wait at least the amount of time you are on to cut later.


To answer Dipsy's Q. I like to have all bases covered. In speaking about anti-estrogens, you have 2 kinds-Proactive, and Reactive

Your first is the L-dex(or femara, aromasin, etc.) which prevents the conversion of test to estrogen

Your second is the Nolva, which prevents the binding of estrogen if the L-dex has a lesser effect than needed.

So in any case you have all bases covered. You can run the L-dex without the Nolva but I like to run both for 2 reasons
1. Piece of mind, with both I'm fully assured that estrogenic sides are kept at bay
2. I find that Nolva in conjunction with L-dex actually works much better in reducing water retension(adema) and keeping blood pressure down.
