Same cycle significantly less results
I am 6 weeks into my 2nd cycle (450cyp, 300deca, 40dbol week1-4) on my first cycle i had crazy results going from 138-184 on a 12 week run. Took 16 weeks off and dropped to 170-173 while continuing my diet and workout plan as when i was on. I am running the same now as i did my first but literally no results. Same gear as i had enough for 3 cycles from the start. Any help is much appreciated. Sorry if it’s a repeat thread!

Can you post your exact nutrition meal plan ? What is your TDEE ? Cycling at 138 is a pretty big red flag. And gaining that much weight means mostly water/bloat

I take in anywhere form 3500-4000cal. I know 138 isn’t the ideal size to cycle but i feel like it was he only option. No matter how much i would eat i would get zero results. I think the heaviest i got was 143ish I’m 27 at 6’0” lift 5-6 days a week.

You sound like you was in no position to start a cycle to be fair and most probably all you are doing is maintaining what you could of done with a solid diet in place before you cycled.
The cycle was way to much and is still to heavy for your 2nd cycle.
The more weight you add the diet and training has to increase, all what your doing is maintaining with your current diet and training program, even though you think you have increased it to support new tissue you haven't, this is maintenance so you need to increase the diet and increase the intensity otherwise its pointless in taking steroids . That's if your gear is legit

This just doesn't add up. You don't gain 46 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks. Gaining that amount of fat would require competitive eating capabilities. As mentioned above something is wrong with your diet and training. Don't skip the whole learning process, you can make the same gains to well over 180lbs with abs at your height without AAS, skip the learning process and you end up where you are now, not knowing what/how/why.

That’s what I’m not understanding I’m literally running the same gear as i purchased in a 3 cycle bulk. Workout and food ethic hasn’t changed, i do see where i need to increase food intake but i feel like i should be creeping up to the 180mark by now. Thanks for the advise guys i really appreciate any and all i can get.

In my opinion, if you aren't gaining weight, eat more. Increase your caloric intake by 500 calories each week until you're gaining. If your diet isn't where it needs to be, steroids won't help you much. Your body needs that raw material.

If everybody gainz as in 1st cycle some of us would be 500lbs.

I bet from looking at your previous pic, even before cycling you were a hard gainer. And now that you have added significant weigh to your frame. Your TDEE is higher than it was before. Whatever you are eating you should consider that maintenance level. Add 500 more calories a day, basically one more meal a day and see where you are at after a week. That should allow you to gain a pound a week, then reevaluate.

You need to read all the diet and nutrition stickies, atleast TWICE. It's clear you don't know how to feed your body. If you don't fix your diet yesterday then you are going to go right back to the first pic with nothing to show except an empty wallet and a lot of wasted time
