Dosage of Raloxifene and Letro

So I now have both, as my .5mg of Arimidex ED has left me at an E2 of 36 while taking 500mg of test a wk. I have small tiny lumps behind both nipples and constant irritation, feels like heat underneath. You can't see it but I can feel it. I have read both sides as to just take Ralox or just Letro. I'm not sure where to start.

What would be a good dose considering I aromatize easily and my Adx had to be that high to get my E to where it is now? I am in wk 6 of 12 wk cycle.

I was going to put this all in my last post but figured it would be glanced over. Appreciate the help.

8. 0 - 35. Does that mean they can be off by that much?
