What exactly is the best way to take Glutamine?

There are definitely a few thories on this one. Some think before a workout to increase GH release. My personal opinion due to the anti-catabolic effects of Glutamine would be 10-15g post workout and 10-20g before bedtime. Because these are the 2 most potential catabolic times for your body. Also mix in a whey protein with the glutamone post workout and a casien or milk based portein with glutamine before bedtime.

i agree with mbh ! i do it like this, 5 grams morning with breakfast, 5 grams before workout, 5 grams after workout, 5 grams before bed !
