Cycle / creatine and glutamine
Greetings from a new member.
I have done an extensive research but could not find any direct information on using creatine and glutamine during a cycle. (This issue has been mentioned in the previous messages, however, I’d like to get an opinion on my reasoning)
---- During the cycle – due to a higher test level – more strenuous work out would deplete the blood/creatine level faster (my guess within 40 min or so, it will drop below 4.5g). Therefore, to keep the creatine at a normal level I should take some 1 hour before workout and immediately before the work out (to keep the level high 1 hour into a work out)
Can any experienced guys tell me if my logic has any merit?
