Check out the "my first cycle" thread
    -
-Test + HCG (on cycle) + anastrozole (on hand, use if needed and start with low dose), followed by PCT (clomid and nolva)
    -
-You can add topical latanaprost/minoxidil for hair
    -
    -Injectable Glutathione for liver
    -
    -Cardio and diet for lipids

Advice: cycle unnecessary. At your age, weight and height you should have no problem making more lean gains naturally. I would lean out first.

Injectible glutathione is far too luxurous for a cycle with no orals in it. If you have it, then go for it..
But if its expensive for you, simply go with NAC, it will cause an increase in the amount of glutathione in the liver.
If you don’t like the idea then don’t bother with oral glutathione btw, it is a waste of money, go for injectible one only.
This cycle won’t hurt your lipids, nor your hair imho. It is a simple test cycle and almost everyone tolerate it just fine. You had better think about your estrogen management rather than hair loss etc.
Testosterone does not put any noticeable strain on liver. Adding liver protectants will only help you to lower lipids and protect your liver against the ancillaries you use with test.
Just follow the first cycle thread by austinite point by point, you’ll be fine.

So, the NAC is fine just not oral glutathione?

Oral glutathione is like oral hcg or oral colagen, it is broken down into building blocks and not reorganized back into the original product due to feedback loops and the body's need to resource it for other uses. It is no more effective than ingesting the building blocks. The body will create glutathione but it is limited by feedback loops. If cost is an issue, NAC is fine. Oral ingestion is not at all similar to intravenous.

Quester’s last post is spot on. Oral glutathione is a scam, you would not take testosterone enanthate via oral route, would you?
Just making a point here, didn’t mean to sound offensive btw, you’re a good guy

I would definitely spend some time reading on here. There's a first cycle thread in this section by austinite, near the top of the page. That's a very good place to start
