    quad injections....help

When I first started this cycle quad injections were o.k. Now, its like my muscle is so hard, it hurts like hell to do the injections. I can't even do them in my left quad my muscle is so hard.

This isn't scar tissue is it? I wuld think that if it was, I could move the site a little bit and be fine.

Yep scar tissue..... you need to rotate them and try not to hit them more than twice a week at the most.

Yeppers its scar tissue. KNow the feeling well since all i inject are my quads. Ur quad muscles are rather big. Move up and down the muscle plus rotate should help some. Good luck!

I was hitting them each 1x per week. I am doing fina so I do ed. I use 23 g 1 inch. So will this get better over time, if I quit injecting them?

I would use 25g doing ED injections. The smaller pin will help minimize scar tissue build up.
