How to run Test Prop in cycle?

I need some quick help here. I have Deca , Test Prop, and d-bol. How should I run the cycle. I was thinking:

    D-bol - week 1-4, 25mg/day
    Deca - weeks 1-8 - 300 mg/week
    Test Prop - week 6-10, 100 mg/eod
    Nolvadex - 20mg/day (I'm prone to gyno)

How should I time my clomid after? Should I run the Test Prop for the entire cycle?

How does this cycle look? Can I plan it better?

I'm 165lbs, 5'8, 10%BF, training for 7 years - this will be my first cycle.

    Thx for the advice

    Run it 1-11

Id run it at least 150mg EOD though.

Switching to enanthate may be a better choice, but you said you already have it.

With some slight variations to the above here's a sample cycle.

    1-4 dbol 30mg ED
    1-8 deca 300mg EW
    5-11 test prop 75mg ED
    1-end of PCT N-dex 20mg ED

You should start your clomd therapy 3 days after your last test prop injection. 1 day 300mg, 10 days 100mg, and 10 days 50mg.

If you're really prone to gyno you may want to pick some Arimidex or another anti-e besides N-dex.

Thx Billy, MBH, - you guys rock.
Good Advice. What to you think I can expect on a cycle like htis - keep 10-12 lbs after all?. I'm going to up my calories from 2800 (now) to 3500 when I start the cycle.

Also, Right now I train on a "Heavy Duty" type system. 1-2 sets (usually a super set for each major muscle group to total failure, compund movements, 4 days rest inbetween workouts A & B). It seems the low volume, low frequncy, high inytensity is the only way I can progress naturally. How should I change the training on the cycle, if at all. I think I'll overtrain if I up my volume and frequncy too much.
    Thoughts?
