    Hct and steroids

Hi, this may be a stupid question (I guess I will be told if it is) but do some steroids affect HCT levels less than others? My levels go up very easily so I hope so, otherwise no more cycles for me.

Everyone attributes tren and eq being the worst but like everything it is person specific.

Some get elevated hct off trt after time.
Some can run gallons of tren and eq and never really elevate.

That does not mean you dont need to donate.
My issue is apparently total blood volume.
I donate when I can no longer workout due to lack of oxygen though my hct is always on the low end.

Afterward I am back to killing snakes.

    I hear that.

When you can no longer do heavy sets of squats or deadlifts without getting a nose bleed it’s about that time...

How do you determine high blood volume? RBCs? I’m due for my bloodwork soon.

high hematocrit is a positive and performance benefit of AAS,, not a negative side effect. being afraid of high rbc while on cycle is like being afraid of gaining too much weight cause your muscles are growing too fast

all that matters is your platelet count. if you RBC or Hemoglobin/Hematocrit are elevated (which is supposed to happen when taking AAS) but your platelet count is in normal range , then your totally fine. too many guys donate too often thinking their hematocrit is high when that number is not that important if platelet count is within range

    When I cant work out.
I am no man of science.
The signs are gradual until one day I am hyperventilating and soaked in sweat on the second set of a workout.

    That’s Interesting. Never considered that.
