need some advice on my diet while taking (AS)

If anyone could help would be greatly appreciated. I am into my 5th week taking finaplix and winstrol. After 6th week I am droppin winstrol and adding anavar and equipose . The problem is I am trying to get my bf low enough to see my abs. I am 6'0 230lbs. 10%bf and my lower abs are not showing yet. I just don't want to screw up my gains by cutting my calories and loosing size. I've been doing a lot of reading and I hear people consuming 4 to 5,000 calories a day I'm currently at 2,500 calories a day.
