    Anyone used ECA & Clen together

    Hi Bros...sorry but I will start again as I confused everyone with t5s

    Thinking off taking ECA with Clen . Any advice good or bad.....plan to take ECAhalf an hour before training with clen throughout the day

    hmmm, i have never heard of someone doing this. i really dont think it is neccessary. i would also rather take clen be4 a workout since it is wayyy more effective !

    i think i would take gundams advice...just take the clen 2 weeks on and two off while taking the eca during the off periods.

    I've done it and not had any problems. I was up to 8 clen per day and 3 eca's a day. I would have them all down before 1pm so I could sleep at night.

    Don't bother stacking ECA and clen ...cycle the clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off...then do ECA during the 2 weeks off from clen. That's what I've done and I would recommend it.

    dutchboy...don't you think you're being a bit excessive? Approx 160-200 mcg of clen and roughly 75mg/750mg/975mg of ECA per day...that's pretty high IMO. You may want to reconsider your doses.

    Take clen for 2weeks, then take a fat burner for 2weeks and continue your cycle until you run out of clen.... Take clen either 15 mintues before meals, or 30 mintues before u train, dont be susprised if you break out in a sweat...
