Need help cycling Levothriod?

I have read cycleon post on how to cycle t3. But I came across some levothroid at 150 mcg per pill. I was wandering if 150mcg at maximum of my cycle would be to much. This will be my first time taking levothroid. I've taken eca in the past with on poblems. I would like to cycle it for 20 days. By using cycleon's method I would be cycling it as follows.

Up Const Down
5% 40% 55%
4 days 6 days 10 days
.5/.5/.5/.5/1/1/1/1/1/1/.75/.75/.5/.5/.5/.25/.25/.25/.25/.25
75mcg 150mcg 112.5mcg 75mcg 37.5mcg

So I was wandering if this is a good way to cycle it? Or just stick to t3. Just need some input, all your help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
