    what should ia newbie use?

i ve been thinking about taking sust for my first cycle. i have been reading up on it and it seem sthat it has good returns for minimal sideffects for a newbie. does anyone have any other suggestions for me that woiuld do better for a newbie?

Cyp or eth, save the sust for when you're ready for more frequent injections.

You need to know what you're getting into before just trying something someone told you or read might work.

Do some searches here. Enlighten yourself a little.

Your probably gonna need more than just sust, try finding out more about Equipose (aka EQ) and Deca . Those are low on side effects and you keep a good ammount.

I think you need to do a little bit more research to know what your getting yourself into. Search on this forum, no telling how much useful info you'll find. Goodluck

Give us some info about youself bro, i.e. age, weight, height, BF, and what goals you have. I would suggest running a single estered test for your cycle.
