good training split ?
heres my training split can you guys let me know if its good or should i change a few things or add something or doing something wrong ! what im going for is 100% bulk and mass from this !
day 1 - chest : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
day 2 - back : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
- traps : 2 exercises 2 sets 6-8 reps
(deads hit my traps so i work them with back)
day 3 - shoulders : 4 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
- tri's : 4 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
day 4 - quads : 5 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
- calves : 2 exercises 4 sets 6-8 reps
*on all the big power movements (flat bench,bent rows or chins,shoulder press,squats) i do 10,8,6,4,2,2,2,2 !
