I’ve had acne on my back, but not on my whole upper body. For me, what seemed to help is finasteride and twice daily showers, scrubbing my back with a non-abrasive loofah each time. My back acne also improved after I stopped using salicylic acid infused body washes. For this cycle I started with .25 mg arimidex the day of injections (twice per week), and coincidentally or not, I have less acne.

Of course diet is a big one. Lowering your carb and fat input can be a big help.

Shower more often and consider Accutane.

You might want to look into the case of Hughie Fury (cousin of Tyson Fury).

He boxed many times covered in acne. Eventually a Dr diagnosed him with some kind of blood poisoning infection.

"I went to a skin specialist and he said: 'I can't believe you have been fighting in this condition'. He took blood tests. He told me the bad infected blood basically poisons the insides, affects your immune system and you are always fatigued. The type of acne I had, in the olden days they used to bring them in and put them in hospital beds. That's how bad it was. I never had one good training camp, about three weeks before a fight I would have to stop doing anything to get my strength back. (...) I've had it since I was 15. I thought it was teenage acne so it never really bothered me, but then it kept getting worse. Before I fought Fred Kassi I had cold sores all around my mouth."

just a reminder .. Finasteride does NOT block DHT based acne. the DHT that binds in sebaceous glands and causes acne is not the same type of DHT that binds to prostate and hair follicles (just like there are many different types of estrogen there are diff types of DHT) . so fina in and of itself would not help with acne because it has no effect on that type of DHT.
also, for some people taking an AI can make things worse as your preventing aromatization and allowing more test to be pushed over to androgenic effects.

OP - are you taking a nandrolone ? have you got your prolactin levels checked ?

Do you think some acne are made from liver damage ?

Because for exemple when i used Dbol 20mg daily the value of liver have up a lot, and i get acne on shoulders, pecs, back ... when i stop to use dbol after some weeks the acne disappear....

And when i use for exemple Stanozolol oral 20mg the value of liver dont up a lot if i compare with dbol it doesn't give me acne on pecs/ shoulders / arms ...

So i wonder if acne is caused by liver damage.
