After your cycle is over, how do YOU proceed?

We all have different ways of coming off cycle and working out without the extra push. Me, I tend to taper off of the cycle and then go back to TRT. Over the last few cycles, I noticed I tend to get more lazy/disinterested with the gym around this time. Not sure if it's hormone related or just simply being burned out from lifting so much. This is when I typically "fall off" for about a month. I don't completely stop working out, but I do it much less and I eat much worse.

It would be cool to hear how you guys deal with life and the gym post-cycle.

Well my blast and cruise have become more of a cruise and cruise. The heat and humidity take a lot of my extremely motivation and turn it into just go do something at least and get out.

    I generally train in waves...
    hypertrophy vs strength vs peaking.

My cycles usually fall during my strength and then peaking phase.

So when I come off cycle and back to TRT I simply transition into my hypertrophy phase.

It also helps my ego to not see my strength drop.

My diet is pretty much consistent throughout.
    Read meat, fruit, and vodka.

How much vodka do you have in your diet?

    enough...

probably 4-6 shots on ice most nights

More if I am partying. (which isn't often here in NJ during Covid)

It is by no way ideal.
I do realize I should cut down.

I’ve often thought about having a couple shots of vodka when I get the urge to drink. Does it impact your strength or any other areas in a noticeable way?

I just got straight back to my HRT regimen (100 test/100 deca ) as soon as I’m done.
After this cycle though, I’ll likely be upping the test to 150, dropping the deca to 75, and going from there. After my next cycle I’ll make a decision on whether to go into more of a permacruise involving test, deca and primo.

Trt, up mk677 to 25 mg, double dose creatin cycle, up good carbs (increase bodyfat).
And try to do everything i can to get pump. NOs, glycogen, water, what ever it takes. No pump, double loss of gains.
And. Working on the mind. Get the motivation. Like, if i hit 8 reps today with that weigth, everything will be so fucking nice.

    I go back to HRT:
    Test - 200mg/wk
    Primo - 300mg/wk
    Deca - 100mg/wk
    MK677 - 12.5mg/night
    HGH - 1-2ius/day

I usually finish a cycle on an androgenic phase, so I’m relatively lean. So when I switch back to HRT I increase my calories and maybe add in 20/30 ius of insulin a day (10ius with meal one, 10ius pre workout with intermittent workout drink, and 10ius post workout). With the insulin and growth factors on top of HRT you still get bigger, stronger, and recover very well. So it’s basically like being on cycle when you’re not on cycle. Basically... I never plateau.

This time of year where i work the heat is insane, can get up to 150 in the plant. I just came off about a month ago myself. Basically the same tried and true method, just maintaining to the next blast. Training when i can with intensity, diet stays the same on or off gear, training is not quite as intense but close. Thats about all i do, cruise on test until time to cycle again

I, myself, like others, never go off. I cruise the same as i_Slam....not sure I'm ever going to change that....I am older than a lot here, however, so my cruise is my hrt.

I was hanging out with my new gf on Friday and she was like “I have never seen you drunk, I want you to get drunk.” She made me all kinds of mixed drinks and then came the lemon drop. Horrible drink. I was just a little tipsy and decided to smoke a little weed... big mistake. I got sick shortly after, then puked about 6 times over an hour or so. I’m done drinking for a while.
