    First Cycle. Creatine?

    Should I start taking creatine when I start my cycle? Or should I start it during PCT?

    Is there a better/worse time to start creatine?

    Test E only cycle

    EDIT: Can you mix hcg and test in the same syringe?

    Creatine is useful all of the time, and has an absurd amount of literature to back up not only its performance benefits, but rapidly expanding into the area of brain health.

    Use creatine throughout and yes you can mix the Hcg with test.

    Creatine is pretty safe. The only time I would lay off of it is if you're getting bloodwork to check your kidney function.
