Using Proviron during cycle

Hi all,

I'm currently running a cycle of 150mg Test Hep, 200mg Boldenone , 500mg HcG per week and 0.25mg of Arimidex EOD. I've read that running proviron alongside any cycle helps increase the effectiveness of testosterone ?

Also should I consider to use the Arimidex E3Ds in case of low E2 issues?

I wouldn’t up your arimdex at all…at those dosages I’d almost argue against using it. Blinding increasing it though is not a good idea.

Are you experiencing any estrogen related side effects?

As for proviron, I love it. It’s best at just increasing free test by binding to SHBG. As an anabolic , it’s weak but in a supporting role with test it really shines. Also helps mitigate estrogen sides and helps me with any test bloat. It enhances aesthetics as well by drying you up.

It’s an interesting compound and depending on your BF% you may or may not notice. Also helps with libido which ain’t bad either

Oh I wouldn't be upping my arimidex dose I'd be increasing the time between doses from EOD to E3Ds as yeah I'm noticing some pretty bad erectile dysfunction in the middle of having sex which is annoying haha... Not sure what other sides to look out for really?

My BF is really low as I'm an endurance athlete so I need to keep my weight low and water retention low (reason for AI use)

What dose should I use Proviron do you think?

The last thing you want to do is crush your estrogen. It may be that you need to back off the AI and your issue is low E2. Need labs…

Add on proviron and see, it certainly won’t hurt.

A great starting dose is 50 mgs split into 2.

The mental effect is strong too, don’t underestimate having negative dick thoughts. Pick up some viagra or cialis to bolster your confidence.

If you’re getting it up to start, that’s a good sign. Could be that you’re over thinking.

Ok I think I've definitely crushed my E2 a little as I got sore nips early on so upped the dosage short term and also did about 2 weeks letro when it occured as this can reverse gyno in the early stages... What do you mean by "need labs"?

Ok Perfect! I;ve got some Proviron coming so will try at that dose

Funny you should mention Viagra and Cialis as I have some coming too because I do suffer from exactly those negative thoughts... Especially at the moment, so should help get back into the swing of things haha

That’s probably overkill for these dosages. I get it though man, knee jerk reaction I’m sure.

“Getting labs” is just pulling bloodwork. Either through a private lab or your primary care doc. Just to see what range your estrogen is in. That way you’re not shooting in the dark.

Some ED meds will help your confidence which will in turn quiet those voices during go time. Don’t underestimate the mental effects.

Your doses are on the low end bro, do you have any history with gyno or the chubby gene in your family?

You need estrogen for sexual function and to grow, you can usually get by on the higher end. I would rather it be too high than too low because the sexual sides come on strong when estrogen is suppressed
