I was wondering what doseages one should take T-4 in? i know it's weaker than T-3 and that u need much higher dose... but how high? i cant get my hands on the T-3. The reason i will be using it is beacause i wanna slowly stabilize my Throid hormon levels since after a diet i tend to gain weight like no other dispite my cardio and after diet....
Generally it is taken at a 4:1 ratio so 100mcg of T-4 is equivelent to roughly 25 mcg of T-3.
Okey. Just qurious. How would you go about to level out your BMR levels ? should i start with 3 100mcg T-4's and tapper down? how long should i tapper it down? the reason im asking is coz i just finnished my DNP week and @ this point any cal i consume is possibly converted to fat(happened last time)
