What would you say is the most effective AS at sparing your
muscles during cardio and or low calorie diet?
I've heard for Naturals, doing even 30 minutes of cardio can cost
you some of your hard earned muscle?
And decreasing your carbs by more than 10% can make your
strength waist away?
