How many mls of EQ can I take before hitting a plateau on gain returns? I dont wont too take 1000mgs per week and waste the stuff but may want to take more than the typical 400mgs if I can benefit. Anyone have any experience with this.
I will also be running 750mgs of test ethanate and probably just 200mgs mgs of deca per week for joint pain relief.
a gram of EQ a week is a over kill anyways I'd just up it to 600mg/week for 15 weeks
Most that have used it alot I think would say 800mg but I know of some that liked the 1000-1400mg/wk and didnt feel it was really overkill.
Its really an experimental question that you ask. Everyone will give you a different answer about it as it affects everyone differently.
