I just recieved my liquid clomid bump to PNP, I heard form people that takin the stuff orally is harsh and to mix it with some juice, whats the best kind of drink to mix it with. Also do i have to worry about it messing with the consistency. Another thing i was wondering wut would you guys perfer for supplements for post meanin creatine, glutamine etd..............................Thanx
OJ works well. Or you could also just put it into gel caps.
And yes, taking creatine is a good idea. take around 5-10g/day.- I like taking it in the mournings, and after workouts.
